For the three founders of ICTYOS, the innovative MADE IN LYON tannery, the issue of eco-materials and responsible materials is a priority for tomorrow's luxury goods. Eager to support the ecological evolution of precious leathers, they embarked on three intense years of R&D into the production of ethical sea leathers.
Since 2019, they have been working with the French agri-food industry to organize a virtuous logistics system to transform skins into genuine rare leathers with an exotic appearance.
ICTYOS has set up its own vegetable tanning manufacturing process.
A unique recipe that gives them hypoallergenic leather with a woody scent that ennobles over time.
